I love the bucket and flag photo. I think the poncho is cool in a groovy bike riding to the market kind of way. I can see you there by your bike with your cloth bags bag full of produce.

As far as knitting i think it's great you at least cast on for baby Z's blanket. I on the other hand have been spending all my time outdoors and the only wip i have is a dish cloth, so sad i know...Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16711169722488606559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2434728178336736085.post-89021859586958961022012-05-09T14:11:19.398-07:002012-05-09T14:11:19.398-07:00Great photo of the flag and flowers in the bucket!...Great photo of the flag and flowers in the bucket!!Spare Parts and Picshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17836657200014402380noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2434728178336736085.post-39552727317405308502012-05-09T05:42:25.891-07:002012-05-09T05:42:25.891-07:00Love the poncho, it will be perfect for the cool e...Love the poncho, it will be perfect for the cool evenings..Very interesting about weighing the yarn. xoSherri B.https://www.blogger.com/profile/03956294100834139745noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2434728178336736085.post-44426553368754037602012-05-09T04:54:20.001-07:002012-05-09T04:54:20.001-07:00i like capes! i really like the cape in your post ...i like capes! i really like the cape in your post and it looks really good on the gal wearing it~but when i put on a cape, i feel well.....like i look silly~
love all your flowers!
have a great week~

katieKatiebeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01468080701647578538noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2434728178336736085.post-37972419708772825612012-05-09T03:31:13.090-07:002012-05-09T03:31:13.090-07:00What a pretty name for a flower. I still haven't got over my grief from killing a beautiful orchid someone gave me last year.
By the way, I have a stripey wool poncho that I knitted 6-7 years ago and I wear it in my air-cond office and to the uni classes that I teach. Hmm so far no one has commented on it before, they're probably too polite, although I have come across many raised eyebrows the first time they clap eyes on my poncho. But they soon get used to it. Seriously, I think it would look way cooler worn while biking, the idea of a poncho flapping in the wind appeals to me. Pity I don't have a bike and it's too hot to wear a poncho outdoors here. My daughter must take after me in the fashion sense because she's been asking me to sew her a cape!opportunityknitshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07117079481971682582noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2434728178336736085.post-37472767898086692852012-05-08T22:39:01.682-07:002012-05-08T22:39:01.682-07:00I love those blue flowers...they look like they we...I love those blue flowers...they look like they were dipped in food coloring...so pretty...I do most of the gardening here...I love it!Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08063930401794527705noreply@blogger.com
