a year ago today was one of those events....
Zoe was born....
I watched my child become a parent ..
and then I ran and looked in the mirror to see if I looked like a grandmother....it answered back "yes"
Happy 1st Birthday Zoe...we love you oh so much...
I've decided to make Zoe a "one year blanket"...
to use while she sleeps in the warm summer months.....
of Italy...because she's a lucky baby
it's fingering weight yarn so if any knitter blogging buddies have a special pattern you'd refer me to...
it'll become a keepsake
but first....I'm completing this...Mason Dixon Moderne Baby Blanket

80% stash - 20% recently clearanced to make up the shortage
100% perfect for baby boy...due in July...for a new grandparent who'll be running to the mirror just like me
Zoe....I miss you...
I'm eating a cupcake today...with a baby candle on top....
