The Cargo

there's baby hats needed....

and grown up hats needed....

and the "oh so fun" dishclothes needed....

all this to calm my nerves of the storm that will be coming soon.....

"The Dogs"....the nearly 200 pounds of eight legs that will be arriving from Rome next week....

they'll be tired and scared when they arrive but I know within a few short seconds of seeing us they'll know all is good in the world again and they are home.....

and then let "the storm" begin.....everywhere I go I'm followed....and I do mean everywhere.....

the kitchen...four dogs....the bedroom....four dogs.....the bathroom.....four dogs (in this case outside in the hallway because we don't all fit)

I'll be chillin' this weekend and knitting...

and waiting for my 'Original Grandkids' to arrive......

just getting them to Rome will be an adventure.....hold on my dear dogs......hold on....
Grandpa and Grandma will be waiting...
I'll be the one wringing her hands and feverishly knitting as fast as she can until she sees you both....

Have a great day....stay cool

Oh I can;t wait until they arrive, safe and sound. I bet you are a wreck, but Dogs and kids take things in stride, much more than their Mother's or Grandmother's do. Can we see a picture of them when they get here?

Meredith

Oh my, you will be very busy! I bet you are nervous about the little ones flying...all will be well and they will soon be all around your feet and your needles will be a click'n.

Have a wonderful weekend my friend. xo

Let the parade begin! There is something oddly comforting (most of the time) in having the dogs move every time you do. No matter how big the house, the dogs are always there with you!

Stay calm dear friend, the 4 legged grandchildren will be there soon and if only they could talk!
