only enough energy for a small wag....

exhausted.....

completely exhausted

the entire "pickup process" took six hours....all the while they were required to stay inside the kennels at the loading dock of Air France Cargo.....

I won't go into detail why it took soooooo long,,,,,this is a one way pickup and the dogs are staying in the U.S. from now on....one European vacation is enough

Klaus, (the black one) wasted no time at all and launched himself down on the floor of the passenger side seat in the front row and looked at me as if to say "I'm staying here....I'm done with that crate....I'm done riding in the belly of an airplane.....I'm done sitting on the loading dock"

Tonight...they'll sleep.....the circus will begin in the morning....I'm hoping two years away has mellowed them

Good night, sleep tight.....

Yay, they're hear...poor babies, they look absolutely exhausted--I can tell from the gassed-back ears (Tallulah Mae does that, too, when she is anxious or tired.) Sleep well, doggies!

So glad they are here safe and sound. Poor babies it may take a day or two for them to recover. They look so tired.
I just want to kiss those cute faces.

Those sweet, sweet babies. They will sleep and be all revived and ready to greet all with wagging tails and plenty of licks.

Looking forward to getting the full, happy homecoming report! xo

I hope when you read this that they have been up and at it and a good night of sleep in the USA has helped them rejuvenate.

Now, you'll have to listen carefully, do they bark with an Italian accent, I wonder?
