Iced What?????

It's been warmer....some would say "hot" but these are the same folks who've never experienced the Arizona desert in July so "hot" takes on a new degree in my mind....

to me...yesterday's 92 degrees was warm.....and enjoyable...

I'm looking for a sweatshirt to wear when it's in the 60's so until I'm lucky enough to experience a true midwest Winter....I have no idea what to tell people when they ask how the Summer is on the West Coast this year...

which brings me to this question.....what is the most popular beverage to drink while we go through this unusual Summer season of dry hot and expected to continue for who knows how long weather?

Water? Iced Tea? Soda?.......

I don't drink much of anything throughout the day....I know - that's not a good thing...but I just don't think about it...

I've baked a bit this past week.....I know...who bakes when it's Summertime?

received new window shades from "Country Curtains" to help keep out the afternoon sunshine...

and continued knitting......the "body" is almost done....I'll show you Sunday on what I've finished so far

Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix  Cinnamon Rolls.....
yes Tom....these will be in the car for the road trip

I'm a big fan of Country Curtains from Maine

Steve cooked pizza.....he's thoughtful.....a nice surprise for the end of a day

stay cool my friends....enjoy the weekend....and I'll plan on doing the same:-)

We drink a lotttttttttttt of water here in the sultry south but, I must admit a fondness for Sweet Tea.

I try to drink water, but I love diet coke and iced tea too! By the way, that monkey bread looks delicious and so does the pizza.

My favorite thirst quencher is water, followed very closely by unsweet tea.

Oh, and a margarita or three.

Have a mah-velous weekend!!

A sweet post! I try to drink a lot of water (though I love Diet Coke), but we're hooked on iced coffee round these parts. And that cinnamon bread...YUM! How are the doggies?
