More Please...
one 9 x 13 size pan
one box of vanilla ice cream
one jar of carmel sauce
one regular size carton of Cool Whip Topping (not completely thawed..a bit frozen is best)
one full size box of Oreo cookies
Crush the cookies in a large plastic bag with a wooden rolling pin (save a couple good sized handfuls for sprinkling over the top)
Cover the pan bottom with the crushed cookies
Cut the ice cream (like a loaf of bread 3-4" thick) to roughly cover the pan bottom and cookies
(doesn't have to be perfect...messy is good)
Drizzle the entire jar of topping sauce all over the ice cream
Scoop and plop and roughly spread the Cool Whip over the top of everything.....
Sprinkle the handful of crushed cookies you set aside in the beginning...
Put in the freezer and chill...
Later go back with a large spoon in your hand and enjoy eating your frozen creation....
In summertime...there's no counting calories so you can enjoy each messy bite...
See you soon friends..

I'm so glad about the summer calorie thing. I had suspects that part of the enjoyment of summer involved no penalties for over-indulgence, but you've finalized it. I may use this recipe for the 4th.
That looks soooooo yummy! I think I'll make this for the 4th.
Wait, there's no calorie counting in the summer? Well, let me get started on the eating!
I tink I'll begin with this!
Oh man that would not be good for my diet so i'll just sit and drool while my nose bumps the screen in hope of getting a whiff....
Unbiased testimonial: Was delivered to our house for our 4th of July BBQ... and was completely gone by July 5!! Yum Yum
