it's going to be a short post...
I'm sorry about that....
I've been taking pictures...
writing in my head all the things I want to tell you....
the Edison trucks still remain in the neighborhood....
poles laying horizontal waiting for installation while the workmen stand alongside the vehicles
chatting and doing much of nothing in my view as I drive past grumbling that my internet is still pending......
before sunset tomorrow I'm going to have my laptop up and working.....
or there'll be workmen with either the electric or cable company that will know me up close and personal.....
the chicks....
are adorable....
12 days old.....
and although he wanted no part of adding them to our family..... Steve has named them
antiques and unpacked glassware cover every square inch of my house....
Christmas decorations are hours away from coming down from the attic......
my first born (dear sweet Jaclyn) has put a hold on an apartment near by.... (thankfully not Seattle)
my life is calming down......oh.....all the activities of this past year....
so many it's a whirl for my mind and heart....
I'll post by tomorrow....let's stay positive and hope for tonight!!!
there can't be that many power poles in my neighborhood......

the chicks are adorable.....how much fun you are having with your farm.....knew in time they would get to Steve....how can you resist them?
