well, right about 9:00 p.m. or so……the house shook…another quake

briefly, thankfully…..

the fires? also, thankfully none…

the winds are blowing again outside my window sounding like a rush of traffic….

the hot air will be returning as the sun comes up...

 I'm digging into the back corners of my closet for lightweight summer clothes…

ugh,….. summer clothes and I don't get along….

I'm a jeans 'n boots kinda girl….

and denim and 90+ degree weather don't mix…..

makes for a cranky kinda girl….
