Bring On Daylight Savings!

Remember the pink vest I was beginning to knit??? Well, it's back to a big ball of yarn. It should be a slam dunk because it's a pattern that's simple but for some reason I'm not getting one side of it correct. I checked out on Ravelry to see if others had a problem and looked for corrections on the web but didn't find anything.
Maybe tomorrow my brain will "click" and I'll figure it out - until then, I'm winding alpaca sock yarn - I'm thinking I should take a wrap on my trip to visit the kids later this year. I've seen pictures recently from our travel destination and noticed many of the women kept their heads covered (not sure if it was the cold wind or local custom) but I've read that when traveling to do as "the locals".
Not wanting to offend anyone (and I'm rarely having a good hair day) I'm thinking a nice shawl will be just the ticket.

Today I enjoyed a short hike in preparation for the endurance trip scheduled next week - we hiked and talked and I wouldn't be surprised to see us at the front of the pack next week when completing the trek. We've spent a fair amount of time discussing what food to take to eat.....and our cameras!!!.....little time about what we'll be seeing while out there - guess that shows our priorities!!

Until we are together again Lap Dog would like to give you a bouquet for your Sunday - enjoy your day......
I've got to go pick a couple of fresh lemons for tomorrow's recipe - Muffin Monday is just around the corner.
