When The Sun Goes Down....So Should My Needles

Somewhere in the vacinity of Ludlow in the middle of the desert.....just as the twilight began.....my knitting needles working back and forth on a new market bag.....I continued on.

In the morning light I got a good look at my handy work.....

I made myself a cool drink and headed to the water.....I had some serious ripping back to do.

I took my "girls" with me.

There was a bit of swimming.....

A bit of golf cart riding......

A bit of sunbathing......

The boat riding???? It was a windy morning with the lake covered in white caps and we looked at each other and asked "do the dogs really care where they fetch?" So,..... we opted to relax and enjoy the grass along the shore and spend the day free of gasoline pumps and anchors.

After the bag was completed I filled it with some finished projects to share with my knitting buddies.
They're all so inspiring, very supportive.

They shared with me a new knit shop that opened dangerously close to my work place....do I dare go?
I'll keep you posted on what I find......enjoy your week.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and the lovely comment. I love the photos. The dogs look so happy. I am not much of a knitter but I do crochet a lot. The little dog in your profile photo is so cute. I would love to have a little dog like that when my grandchildren are just a little older. Have a great week.

I've tried knitting before, but I am such a slow knitter that I never finish a project! Your bag is just lovely!
