summer cotton is the choice when the air is warm and expected to continue .....

colorful cotton to brighten the daily chore of dish washing....by hand....a machine is available but the old fashioned way is preferred

Cheery & Colorful......this is the way we splash the suds.....

Did you knit those? They are so pretty. It would be hard for me to get them sudsy and grimy!

Beautiful! I need to make some of these for myself. :)

i too, enjoy washing dishes by hand....not all the time, but sometimes~ having pretty washing clothes like those would tempt me to wash by hand more often~

Just lovely! Still in awe of your knitting prowess...I still haven't figured out how to start my Christmas stocking on double pointed needles! And I need the next 6 months in which to finish it!

Those are just beautiful! We don't have a dishwasher here (unless you count the husband who does the dishes after I cook) and that would make the time so much more enjoyable.

I may have to try to knit again!

I also love the colors. The purple and yellow remind me of a high school from my hometown. Hickman Kewpies.

I hope you ate some chips and dip while knitting these.
