pictures tonight...that's my plan.....

so as I was saying earlier.....and I'll post pictures tonight....ran out of time last night after walking, baking a batch of cookies...eating a bowl of ice cream with Zoe...knitting four rows....preparing pork ribs for tonights dinner.....and checking in with my Mom to see how she was feeling (spent Monday evening sitting in Urgent Care with her...)..

anyway,

we bought this little trailer....1960 Lil Loafer....

to go camping....

for us....

two people who haven't camped in years...

and years.... decades....

so you get the idea it's been a long time....

my mind is seldom "resting" so while Man In Black goes peacefully along in life...

I'm on a mission to figure out what the next adventure we'll be doing in the world ...

I wish I was more like him and less a "mission seeker"...

anyway,

going camping and being outdoors with a huge sky above me, meals that require preparation, time away from daily noise of television, cars, barking dogs (okay...sometimes you do get that from your fellow camper who decide to bring Fido along) well, this is just my type of activity.

hiking shoes, baseball cap, shirt tied around my waist (just in case I'm out until sunset), my bike, camera, and I'm set to go....

when I saw this "glamping" thing where you combine camping with decorating...

well,

sign me up girls...I'm there!!!

during the past several weeks, days, hours..
I've added to the collection of "stuff" that will be part of the camping experience for us....

this weekend - rain expected...not to worry....

Ariel will still have the interior painting completed....because "rain" in California...

well, it amounts to sprinkles at most....and time's a wasting friends...

campsites are waiting....and I'm not get any younger for this camping stuff....

even when it is "glamping" and there's padded beds with quilts involved.....

see you soon...

what's on the knitting needles these days?...sock yarn....
could I have chosen anything else that takes longer to get a garment done???

Oh, I would love to see your "new" 1960 Lil Loafer, and I LOVE the glamping thing :)
