on time and 100%…..

after many, many…many months I feel like I may be seeing my knitting mojo returning….

not quite sure what happened….a bit of "too much of everything" seemed to have sent me off balance…

I'm pleased this is finished….the countless projects left at 50% or less left me feeling frustrated…..

so it's official….I have a gift that's ready….100%

I won't think about how, maybe, hum?…I'll keep it for me?

No, off it goes and when we have a winter season where I actually need to turn on the house heater…
I'll knit something for myself…

it's a bit frustrating to be a knitter and live in a climate where flip flops are the norm year round…

I'm off to Ravelry to search out my next project…. Rowan Big Wool….

this is where the magic happens….

after the blocking bath…I smell the yarn at least 100 times….
loving the farm animal fiber releasing the years in the making….

the blocking process requires patience….
and constant checking doesn't speed up the process…

I'm on a roll and this knitting train is going to keep chugging along until the stash is depleted…

resulted in this first Christmas gift for 2014….
