final, last, the end decision..never to be brought up again...
I'm restoring it and not painting over the interior birch wood..
the end...
now on to other news...
I'm knitting...
babes are going to arrive any day and others to follow within three months..
I'm very happy to report...
I have my groove on...
knitting keeps me centered...
forces me to focus...
I'm surrounded by the things I love...
the bins are revealed from under the beds...
stuffed full of colorful and buttery soft fibers..
beautiful wooden needles and adorable stitch markers fill vintage containers...
the child sized dresser drawers from the spare bedroom pulled open, where the finest of the fibers are stored and treasured....
I linger over their possibilities while fingering the softness...
soon three shades of alpacas will be cast on - I've lingered far too long pondering a special throw from my daughter...
but before my thoughts go there, what pattern, how many to cast on?
the baby projects must be completed...
wee ones always come first...
while sleeves are knit row by row....... decisions of baseball or truck buttons are made...
it's a comfortable groove this little knitting hobby...
soon they'll all be ready for final photos when the blocking is done...
all are dry...and ready for the packaging off to the mail truck...
but for today...here's my activity......plain and simple...just the way I like it
