birthdays, birthdays birthdays....
July is a busy month of celebrations, wrappings and cake...
cake...my favorite part....cake, cake cake...

we should have designed cake as one of the four food groups...

the days have been so full lately...
there's been rain, painting, until more rain came...
the beach, until more rain came...
painting, until a rental movie arrived and the rain came yet again....

a wonderful trip to Build A Bear where Zoe and her adorable little boyfriend picked out and went home with well dressed, two hearts (one that actually beats) stuffed toys...

the hens are busy clucking this morning...
a happy sound and one that I usually miss hearing leaving for work before they begin their singing...

the trailer update....
primer paint has been applied...
the door is still missing....
the trim will be painted black....my heart landed in the muddy rain puddles at that prospect but hubby assures me it will look good....
I sit countless times inside...always followed by the dogs on the unfinished bunch seat...
pondering the curtains...
I see in my head what I want, but my sewing skills are seriously lacking on achieving my vision...


the camping reservations are made..
next...VRBO....
there's a very special trip to plan..
although a handful of months away...
this location will require an early deposit and the boys need time to order our trophies...

because there's no doubt...
this next trip will dub us "the best wives ever".....

and since it is several months out...
perfect timing for me to sign up beforehand another photography class...
I'll have my camera ready for the over the top, amazing, beautiful, stunning shots that will be at every turn at this secret location of the "best wives ever" trip ahead...

for now...I gotta go...time to earn my buck and a half....
